Anthony Chan – Non-executive Chairman

Mr. Chan has extensive experience in managing both listed and unlisted entities across the resources sector as well as commercial and residential development. He has successfully led a number of large-scale projects in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Mr. Chan is the Permanent Honorable President of The Hong Kong Real Property Federation Limited and the Founding President of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau Greater Bay Area General Chamber of Real Estate Industry Limited.

In recognition of his achievements and service, Mr. Chan was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2008 for his contribution to sport, appointed Justice of the Peace in 2012, and awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2017 for his contribution to real estate development and service to society.

Daniel Chan – Non-executive Director

Mr. Chan was Chief Financial Officer of STDM China Holdings Ltd and STDM Management (China) Ltd from 2007 to 2023. He has over a decade of senior management experience in the Chinese real estate sector, having led all real estate investment and development activities for STDM China. Under his leadership, the group completed transactions worth over RMB 3 billion, covering more than 1.5 million square metres of construction in Beijing, Shanghai, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Changzhou and other major cities.

Mr. Chan played a key role in the asset restructuring of STDM China, including the sale of City Center and Central Plaza in Shanghai, and secured the company’s exclusive partnership with Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) in real estate development in China. Earlier in his career, he gained financial and investment experience with JP Morgan Chase and Fitch Ratings in London.

Mr. Chan holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Imperial College London, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Mena Habib – Independent Non-executive Director

Mr Habib is an experienced and results-focused mining executive and business development professional with extensive leadership experience across the mineral resources sector.

He currently serves as Managing Director of Power Minerals Limited (ASX: PNN) and Non-Executive Chairman of Adelong Gold Limited (ASX: ADG). His recent directorships include Executive Director of Pepinnini Minerals Limited (ASX: PNN) (2021–2023) and Non-Executive Director of Equinox Resources Limited (ASX: EQN) (2021–2023).

Peter Tsang – Independent Non-executive Director

Mr Tsang brings over 30 years of professional experience in Australian taxation, auditing, corporate governance, due diligence, and financial management. He has extensive expertise in facilitating foreign investment into Australia and representing international investors across all aspects of management.

Mr Tsang holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a member of CPA Australia and CPA Hong Kong, and is registered with ASIC as an auditor in Australia.

Jerko Zuvela – Independent Non-executive Director

Mr. Zuvela is a Chartered Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining and resources industry. A member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology from Curtin University in Western Australia.

He has held senior executive and management roles across both private and publicly listed resource companies, developing extensive operational and corporate expertise across a wide range of commodities and jurisdictions worldwide. His career spans exploration, development, and operations, giving him deep technical knowledge combined with commercial and governance experience.

Mr. Zuvela is currently Managing Director of Argosy Minerals Limited (ASX:AGY), where he leads the company’s lithium development strategy and oversees its growth as an emerging player in the global battery minerals sector.

Dr. George Lam – Independent Non-executive Director

Dr. George Lam is a recognised champion of digital transformation, technology entrepreneurship, sustainable development, responsible business, impact investing, and international cooperation. He brings over 40 years of extensive international experience spanning corporate management, strategy consulting, policy advocacy, corporate governance, direct investment, investment banking, and asset management.

Dr. Lam holds multiple degrees and professional qualifications, including a B.Sc. in Sciences and Mathematics, an M.Sc. in Systems Science, and an MBA from the University of Ottawa; a Diploma in Public Administration from Carleton University; law degrees (LLB Hons, LLM in Legal Practice, and LLM in Corporate Law) from universities in the UK; a PCLL from City University of Hong Kong; an MPA and PhD from the University of Hong Kong; and a Certificate in Professional Accountancy from CUHK.

He is a former Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong, an Accredited Mediator, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, a CMA (Australia), and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He also holds honorary fellowships from CPA Australia, HKU SPACE, and other professional bodies.

Andrew Macintosh – Independent Non-executive Director

Mr. Macintosh is Executive Director and CEO of Bowman and Fitzhugh Asset Management, an SFC-licensed fund manager.

He was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Acorus Investment Management, a China–Africa private equity fund, and Managing Partner (Asia) of Entoro Capital, a Houston-based SEC-licensed oil & gas investment bank. An accredited International Petroleum Negotiator, he also served as CEO (Hong Kong) and Director of a Chinese private equity group with US$500 million under management, where he chaired the Investment Committee and held board seats on the Beijing fund, the Hong Kong management company, and several investee companies.

Earlier in his career, Andrew was General Manager of Banking for National Australia Bank in Hong Kong, overseeing private, commercial, and retail banking. He served on NAB’s Asian Leadership Committee, Asset & Liabilities Committee (ALCO), and chaired the Asian Investment Committee. His career also includes roles with Westpac, JP Morgan, and Jardine Fleming, as well as founding and successfully growing an Australasian technology consultancy over nine years.

Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Sydney and a B.Sc. from the United States. From 2010–2018, he was Adjunct Faculty at Macquarie University and a Visiting Scholar at HKUST, teaching Energy Economics and Geopolitics. He has lectured on the AICD International Company Directors Course since 2012 and serves on two school boards in Asia.
