Mr. Fogg is an accountant and senior executive with extensive experience in accounting, taxation, finance, and management. He began his career providing accounting and taxation services for both large and small firms, building a strong foundation in financial principles. In 1987, he transitioned into commercial roles, initially working with a public company in the entertainment and theme park sector before moving into the private sector.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fogg has held senior finance and management positions, including Financial Controller and Accountant for various organizations. His leadership culminated in his appointment as Group General Manager of a diversified Brisbane-based company. Under his guidance, the company expanded internationally over 15 years, establishing operations in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and South Africa. The company’s activities ranged from childcare centre management and specialized equipment manufacturing to double-glass window production, property development, and real estate management.
Leveraging his comprehensive expertise in accounting, taxation, and management, Mr. Fogg founded a successful finance brokering business specializing in all forms of finance. His leadership acumen and financial expertise culminated in his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in November 2013, where he continues to drive for strategic growth.

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the industry, specializing in corporate and joint venture accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in treasury management, transactional banking, and year-end procedures, including audit coordination and the preparation of statutory filings. Additionally experienced in company secretarial duties, ASX lodgements, and share registry management.
Throughout her career, Suzanne has provided financial expertise to a diverse range of listed and unlisted companies, including Coalbank Limited, Acer Energy Limited, Norton Gold Fields Limited, Anova Metals Limited, Diatreme Resources Limited, Bengal Energy (Australia) Pty Ltd, Terra Nova (Australia) Pty Ltd, Roar Resources Pty Ltd, Compass Coal Pty Ltd and Novonix Limited (ASX:NVX).
